1. my cats special new collar came in the mail yesterday! it is made special for an e-tube that allows more security and more freedom (for him and me!)

2. confession: i play the kim kardashian game. i downloaded it just to see what all the hype was and it. is. addicting. i can't stop playing, it's terrible! the only good thing is that i made the A-list and i'm #1!
3. i became a vegetarian back in january and i tried my first veggie burger in march. it was terrible. like i spit it out. but the people i babysit for are vegetarians and they invited me up for veggie burger/girls night a couple days ago and i fell in love with veggie burgers. seriously they are so good!
4. I AM DONE WITH MY SUMMER CLASS!!! now just cross your fingers my teacher grades my things and that i got a good grade in the class!
5. this beauty came in the mail a few days ago, i had ordered one of my friends a birthday gift and i figured after the weekend i had had with my cat, i deserved a treat too :)

summertime blogging
well i officially stink at blogging in the summer... i'm really not any better at it during the school year but i am officially bad at it in the summer. to give you a quick brief of what i have been up to is that...
i am still taking my online class, however i am taking my final this friday!! i finished the class about two weeks early so that's nice.
i went to atlanta a couple of weeks ago to visit my brother and we went to the aquarium! it was really fun and i wouldn't mind going back one day.
after atlanta i made a pit stop for a night in tuscaloosa to check on our apartment and cat, needless to say i think she missed me :)
most of my family made it to florida for the 4th, we have celebrated the 4th in florida for many summers. we go to a park and eat at yummy food trucks until the fireworks go off and we are back home about 10 minutes after they stop, perks of a small town with not a lot of traffic.
since the 4th i have been at home just working on my class and soaking up my last few weeks of summer. we have had a few stressful days here though, my cat got very sick very quickly. he had to stay in the hospital for two nights and then was discharged the third day. the catch is that he now has a feeding tube for who knows how long, but he has shown A LOT of improvement so us and his doctor are crossing our fingers for a quick removal of it (as long as he is 100% healthy and won't need it at all anymore).
in a couple weeks im driving up to charlotte to see MILEY!! i was supposed to see her in april but we were the first concert she cancelled of her many cancelled tour dates. luckily i have awesome parents who waited for them to come back on sale and got me them again! YAY! so excited!! right after the concert i drive back to atlanta for a relay conference and i am almost as excited for that as i am the concert.
so after that recap, i hope to stick with a better blogging schedule, i've missed it!
