l.a. baby

mother and father treated me to the best senior trip a girl could ask for, and even better is that i got to go with my mom! we started my spring break in los angeles then drove up to san fransisco for the rest of it. i LOVED california and i even told my mom multiple times that i could see myself living out there. i wish i could upload every single picture i took on here but i will spare y'all :)

^^i hiked a mountain for this picture. the only motivation was potential celebrities sightings, a workout group running with a boombox, and a miniature dog of some sort that passed me...

^^ we stayed at the intersection of highland and hollywood - right in the center of the hustle and bustle! AND they were filming a movie every night we were there so we got free BTS info

^^ we went on a tourist bus tour and it was awesome! mother and i had the best burritos of our lives and we learned so much stuff! here is one of the remaining rivers in venice, and for movie lovers this was the house used by ashton kutcher in valentines day

^^ our second night in LA we dined at mel's diner from grease and happy days? this was LITERALLY the best milkshake i've had in my entire life. it was a limited edition thin mint milkshake and i cant still taste it and dream of it often. well worth it after a day of go, go, go!

^^ we stumbled upon the hollywood museum and it was full of fascinating history of hollywood and actors! this is a piece from the original hollywoodland sign

^^ we stumbled upon another great find - the VIP dolby theater tour. we got a ton of BTS information and got to go to the many places that you can only go if you are a oscar WINNER not just nominee

^^ we vegged by the pool for one lazy afternoon and it was splendid

^^ the vip warner brothers tour was also AWESOME. we had a great tour guide and luckily mother and i were really the only ones interested so she showed us everything we loved!

^^ after san fransico we drove back to LA

^^and we stopped at in and out. they had veggie burgers but i was too scared to try it so i just ate fries and a milkshake and they were delish! also they hand you a "lap mat" so you don't get messy!

^^ we had time to kill before our flight home so we got out in malibu and i discovered i need a little practice in the "feathering" of tanning lotion...

^^mother yelling at me for not getting the water even though there is clearly water in the picture. that's how our relationship works - we have selective hearing for eachother ;) love ya mom
